any chance of telling if this is a good one or not? I realise the pictures are not very good, but they are all I have and I am just wondering if there is anything glaringly wrong before I ask for more! I would appreciate your advice.

Why i ask is that the picture is eerily similar to one used by the infamous Pawel Nowak in his internet frauds....

It is indeed from this 'Nowak' character. I've never heard of him, so I am glad you have! I received a random email from this guy who said he had some items for sale and sent me a load of pictures, most of the stuff is crap but I don't know much about SC’s so thought I'd post it out of interest. So he is a fraudster eh?!!! I asked where he got my email address from, and just assumed that it was something to do with my wife recently joining Yahoo. He sent me all these attachments with letters to museums etc as credentials!! All very strange and unnerving, but not very convincing!

Paul...do a search on this man in the community forum..he trolls the militaria sites looking for e-mail addresses, and relies on new members who have not heard of this scam..i am glad to be of help my friend ! save your money for some real items when they come your way..

btw.could you please post this jackasses new e-mail address? he keeps changing it ..

Independently of the character of this dealer, the cross doesn't look bad on the picture. Better pics should be helpfull.
