Not sure exactly what you are asking. If you want to know who the maker 100 was, it was Rudolf Wachtler & Lange, or W&L. The apparent unmarked crosses appear to be a S&L on the top and below a (better[up close] photos would help) for sure, as my eyes aren't the best. Is it marked anything like L/19, etc. I believe the case is self explanatory. Hopefully this will help.

That top cross is a Souval and doesn't go with the case.

True, the top one is a Souval. If one looks close, you can see the dipping three on the core, and the distinctive corners of the frame. Good catch, and good eyes!!!! Funny, he never responded, anyway, I now believe the one beneath it may be an early Deumer.
