Can anyone help , Please

Sup guys , At the moment just about every piece i have is catalogued , what it is , the maker , value , description etc etc.
Except for these TWO crosses . I have trawled through the forums threads and the info pages on the site .
Every time i think i figure one out something changes my mind. So i am throwing them out to the experts for their opinions.
One teeny little bit of info missing form every sheet - The maker .
If anyone can throw some light on these makers i would be eternally gratefull.

What gets me on this 1 is the funny angles on the Swaz` and the funny curl on the no3...
