in all lists which I know is written that the manufacturer with the number 75 is unknown, the list here in the forum too.

I do not want to attack you. I have only noticed that the names of the manufacturers and cities are often wrongly written and i think it's important for all of us to know the correct spelling. For example if one want to examine the originality of a stamp of the manufacturer on a packet or award.

The correct way of writing in this case is: Franke & Co, L******252;denscheid

some months ago a collector sold a EK 2 with maker 75 in a german forum. He sold it with it's packet. And on this packet was the maker Franz Breuning, Pforzheim. He said he got both together. Here is a picture of the maker.

the problem is that you don't know if it's the truth what he said. If around money is much is told. It does not have to be correct always.
Only one set from a 100% safe deduction is a real proof.

Now we have two versions:

You think because of the sellers story that the manufacturer with the code 75 is Franz Breuning Pforzheim

John mcconkey and schinkel2 will also have their reasons why they believe that the manufacturer with the code 75 is Franke & Co, L******252;denscheid

I would remain so for a long time with the old version -(unknown)- till a real proof brings new facts.
