EK2 w/mark

So, silly question...

This looks like maker's mark #86 to me...though it could also be #98. Or none of the above. Opinions?

It is a mm 98.
The maker is Souval.
The cross looks good to me.

Ek2 Marked

The cross you show is most likely an original Souval. Note the inner rounded beading toward the center.Howerver your pictures don't really give a good view of the flange corners (looking for extended feet there). Note the period or dot low behind the number 8. I"ve seen this on others as well.
