EK2 Spange...good or ugly?

I am going to guess this piece I've had for a while is bad. To me, the shape of the '3' looks different than others I have seen on the forum. I'm sure other details may give away if this is a bad one. I know the pics aren't the greatest. I can attempt to get better ones if needed.
