HI It looks good to me, I zoomed in on the date and it looks like the flaw in the 9 is there. But wait for closer photos before jumping in.As for as value goes 300-400 is what I would pay.

That is not a golden rule. There are originals WITHOUT that die flaw. It developed at some point in time and there are some before it developed.
