I have no idea. Maybe someone could post an L/57 for comparison.

I think the 1st one is referred to Juncker. Am I correct?

              Rich

*ps. I just changed the pics as they were too 'warm'.

dangerous talk Richard, referring the 1st one to Juncker!
I didn't want to say anything about it, as I think no real conclusions have been made about Juncker spangen yet (have they?)
I'm always a tad concerned when I see one of this design, as there's alot of negative talk about them. I don't know too much about this subject, but I think this Juncker pattern with the later shape date box is regarded as dodgey...?
does anyone know any more about Juncker spangen? I do hope I'm wrong in this case, as it looks a lovely bird
                regards

As far as I remember, the first is the so called Junker type, but I might be wrong...

Now I know what to wish for to my birthday, as I only have two of those early spange

And I do not have any early 1st class either

                  Best regards
                  Flemming

PS They do really look awesome, congratz with the trio

                      Thanks, George.

Well I see a similar head but not much else to tie the two together. Anyone else have a different opinion?

Richard, I'm losing my mind, the first one you showed is of course 100%.
I'm getting confused witht the so-called fake juncker spange
but is there actual proof Juncker made spangen?
                        regards
