Any idea who made this IC2?

I just got this Iron Cross 2nd Class. It is unmarked and I was wondering if any experts out there could identify the maker from the photos. My website does not seem to be able to handle the number of hits my posts are generating. so I am going to have to pull these and do them one at a time...sorry for the inconvenience.
