Shure looks odd, but i think it can be a 65 short top 3 K&Q. The rim do look odd, but it can be the camera that makes it odd. Any way its well used, but wrong ribbon.

I agree with Mikael in that this cross looks much like an unmarked "75". It is still a hard one to place just the same.
