    two cased mint EK 1. A "4" and a "26"

    Hi,

because I promissed to retrieve showing my collection here are my two favorite EK 1. Don't be afraid. I only wanted to show the most important piecess and I think with this thread it’s done

In this thread i want to show you my mint cased EK I S&L 4 marked and my mint B.H. Mayer “26”.

This both iron crosses are my favorites. Generally the maker and also this to pieces.

The B.H. Mayer is in the well known D&B case. I think it's the most frequent case which can be found and the S&L is in a later war case with a button that works with a spring feather.

It was very heavily to photograph this strongly shining pieces and I am not absolutely content with the pictures. After making very much pictures and beeing angry having old digicam with anly 1.2 MP and not such good optical parts i think i obtained a result that a can’t match with my hardware.

Hope you can enjoy the pictures.

    EK 1 B.H. Mayer marked with "26"

It's sad but true. Since i know this dealer (6 month) i bought many cased mint EK 1 from him and also many EK 2 but in this time there was only two Updates with maybe 3 or 4 new pieces like this in it and there is no date for a next update. One year ago no one buyes there because he has no suporter and therefore nobody noticed his shop.
Now he has from formerly 30 pieces in his online shop only 9 pieces left.
          Formerly 7 or 8 round 3 - now 2
Formerly maybe 50 mint EK IImm now maybe 20
          and so on
Maybe bacause nearly nobody knew from its shop to one year ago the EKs accumulated.

I pray for an update with much EKs but i have the bad notion that one time he get much EKs and since we find him we buy that shop empty.

He said to me that he will get new pieces, but i think the great times are away.

That's because i spent my whole money there at this time.

But i stay hopefully because he knows that his shop runs because of its large selection of EKs

Both nice crosses!! I would suggest using www.imageshack.us for photo uploads. This way you can post the image directly in the thread without having a link. If you would like to know more just send a PM.

                Dealer ...

Who is the dealer? What's the secret handshake to find out?

Here is The Link to: Phillip Militaria!
                  A german dealer.
The handling from his website maybe is a little bit complicatet for people who don't understand german language.
When you want to see the EKs outside of the update first you must click at the left site >Orden & Ehrenzeichen III. Reich bis 1945< and then >Allgemeine milit******228;rische Auszeichnungen 2. Weltkrieg<
Then you can leaf through the sites with clicking on the higher right side till you come to the EKs.
I make this diskription because i know how hard it can be generally to manage something when you don't understand the used language.

Very nice, although "65" are my favourite, "26" is a close second

Just a reflection about the dealer, imo some ek´s he sells are buffed up.
But he do have some nice ones, i do also have got some minty from him.
For the ek´s shown and for Phillippe as a dealer

to both of them, and I am partial to the "26' also. I have bought some cloth off of Phillipe and never had a problem
