    Interesting KC....

Well this is one reason why I don't collect WWII items. A friend in Germany sent this to me as a "early copy". The ribbon is soft and has that old feel-BUT-glows like a light bulb. The ring looks odd-not silver so those two things I could plainly see. But when looking at the KC itself--DAMN! It looks nice. I post these pictures for reference and comment-Please explain why this is a copy--and is it an early one? Thanks.. Mike

It is a Souval made cross.............and early on produced with the 'real' looking loop but 'later' on was offered with the 'doubled' loop!

That and of course with the frame hints and the core hints dates this to about the early 70's!
                        Regards,
                        Dave
