      No idea on them, but the "3" in the 1813 on the left cross is fairly distinctive, you might be able to make a match on the EK2 reference page.

          Don't think so...doesnt appear to have the little hump, or the beading die flaw...

            The one on the left has a lower date (closer to the frame) on both front and back...so that might be a starting point. I know that's an attribute of Wachtler & Lange crosses, but I'll add to hankmeister's observation in that regard, that neither of these is a W&L. Do a search on 'ek low date' and you will find some other threads that might help. It appears that some other makers share that same attribute.
