EK1 comments please

As my main interest is edged weapons I am not too familiar with medals & awards. This Ek was attached to an Ortsgruppenleiter tunic. It is marked
'L/52' and '20' on the pin and bothmarks appear to be double stamped.
Could you please authenticate it and advise its value.

Looks like a textbook "20" hinge and catch but in poor shape!!!
