George,
I beleive the case on the right of the 2 in your pic is an example of an attempt at a reproduction. They are thicker/taller, have a small button on the catch release, and there is a circular depression where at the centre of the cross recess. Also they can be a little narrower than correct RK cases, even the '57 ones.
