Bar to the EK1 1939

Could you help me out with your opinions about this stuff?
It is offered as an original. It seems to be one to me, but I am new to this business...
It is offered for 35 EUR / 41 USD. (The price means nothing - I think the seller doesn't know much about german militaria)

I wouldn't risk even $10 on those pics, you know our mantra:
'better/clearer/closer pics!'
but also I have NEVER seen a maker's mark like that on the reverse... it could be super-rare, but I doubt it...
