    EK2 Help - Juncker?

    HI Guys,

Don't usually post much in this forum as my focus is not really on crosses but have a couple of EK2's which I would be grateful of some help / feedback / opinions.

The first one is marked on the ring with what appears to be a 2 but is stamped unusually? right on the joint, cross hatching style matches that of the Juncker RK.

    Size 44 x 44mm, weight 20.2g

        No Opinion anyone?

Noticed also a die flaw on the beading of the lower arm

Rob ... you got a close picture of where the small loop attaches to the Cross?

Knowing nothing about these, would you expect to see differences between an official issue and commercial one ?

Because it's nothing like my L/12 example.

No ... i would say first, but i think Juncker is a bit different. IMO they made der LDO crosses with bought hardware from other firms and the "2" marked pieces were made with their own tools.
                  Best regards, Andreas

Interesting thought. Any idea which firms they could be, as the core and frame don't relate to any other maker production piece with the 'hump' at the top ?

                        Hi Darrell,

Here it is shown from the back, looks like the ring has come away at the rear

Thanks. Just wanted to be sure that it was raised like that. Typical of Juncker there anyway.

The cross hatching looks like a Juncker, but the cross doesnt have that squashed beading like a 100.
