When does this start to get easy for you experts?

I'm here with Williamson's book scratching my head but I think its a 11 deumer with what seems to be a L59 catch...my photos or the catch are real shyte, but I hope you can see what I mean, the 11 has a almost fully doughnut catch whereas this one is more tapered edged.
