two KVKs

I just received thee two KVKs they are both mm 107.. the one on the left is from ebay. I bought it for very little and i really thought it was a repro until i saw the mm. The one on the right i'm sure is good....

The finish on the ebay cross is what concerns me. It looks like it was cleaned or painted, i'm not sure. Any and all opinions are welcome...

Mine has yet another finish -- plus it's mounted backwards on an Austrian-style mount with a glow-in-the-blacklight ribbon!
