opinions on EK2 spange requested

Hello gents,

I want to introduce here an EK2 spange in tombak without a mm.
Unfortunately I could not attribute a manufucturer yet. Maybe one of you have a inkling what manufacturer it could be. Maybe it is even a reproduction .

I'd have a guess at L/11 Wilhelm Deumer
relatively common and noticeable at a quick glance as the second wing feather down slightly sticks out
