Probably not. Some of these surfaced in mint condition a few years ago and were determined to be fake after having been sold by prominent dealers. Yours looks like it might have been artificially aged. I would stay away from it.

The print looks very much like that on the fake EK11 packet.
I haven't seen a carton with this type of print before.
