I would please like to know if this shield is a W.W.2 original, are the pins bend the right way?

Yes, the shield is an original one from unknown maker. The pins are usually bent horizontally but on the other side. However I would say the cloth was added, the shield has been tampered with, so where the pins are bent is IMO not important in this case.
