Don't be too quick to judge Towarish. These dark brown ones have been attributed to the KM. 90th Light here on the forum likes them as well. Hopefully he will comment on these as well. I got mine from a KM S-Boot vet. I thought they may have been made for the veteran reunions and didn't bother to ask about it. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they were period pieces. I never believed in these cufftitles and it is my personal opinion all are postwar.
I will change my mind only when I'll see some real and solid proofs that support the idea they were made pre '45.
Until that day I prefere to collect only 100% unquestionable pieces, and this seems not to be one of them.
