Party cufftitle hj ????? Need opinion please

hallo, I received this cufftitle from my friend ; my friend's aunt , when she was young received this one like gift from an officier during the war in the city of Turin (Italy) .
This is true story because my friend is not a militaria collector, so he give me too like gift.
I'm not expert about this item but i think it's a Hitler Jugend cufftitle......................!
Size is 31 cm x 10,50 cm unstitched; I think 27,50 x 10,50 cm stitched.

This is a "latewar" Printed Hitler Jugend Armband.....unsewn, cut raw from the silkscreen sheet....as was done latewar. Often reproduced, this one should be o.k. based on the "story", but is of "low value", compared to the higher quality version. Certianly a good "keeper" under the circumstances...

Armbands (like this one) are "wider" and worn on the upper arm (usually).

Cuff titles are narrow and were worn at the "cuff" level.....(usually).

I know that it has a low value (I think 80 euro....?); much value the Armband with stitched "svastica", but never mind................it's a gift !!!
