I am not experienced enough with these. Some bothering points I see. The letters above and below like the "R" or the "D" where the upper loop connects to the vertical line. In many examples shown, this is very small on the example you show. The other thing is that this cuff, if it is a good variant is in spectacular condition.
Looking forward to what others have to say.

I do not believe the initial Kurland posted to be original. There are quite many fakes of this cuff.
