    new Demjansk just arrived!

Those of you that read the Demjansk threads will be probably know that I've been after one for a while - well, this one has just arrived in the post - it's magnetic and on heer backing. The reverse paper may have been replaced (IMO) I don't know and it's in excellent condition. Please let me know what you think.

    Regards,

    John

The shield is original in my opinion. I think you are right when you say the back is new. It looks like the shield might have been sandblasted as well.

              Cheers.

Very nice Seigfried . Even better then on the pictures from the dealer.

Definitely one of the rarer type Demjansk shields. Congrats. Well worth the wait I think.

Very nice and in my opinion both shield and paper are ok and not treated in any way. Hard to find a Demjansk that is nicer than this one.
                  Cheers, Frank

Just wait and see what arrived today .

Ps. It is my opinion as well that the Demjansk shield shown here is untouched.
