The second one is a classic "low 4" fake but whats wrong with the first one?

Andy, the bottom of the three bars shouldn't be visible under the oakleaves.

Looks like the first is another Deumer fake. As Peter says, a gap between the wreath and crossbar.

The second...another small '4'..
