Narvik KM - bad?

I told him straight my opinion, but he wanna hear more, so...:

Its hard to tell from this photo because the light and the shadow.
Could it be the classic low 4?
Maybe you could do a scan of the shield for better picture?

I agree, difficult to judge with these pics but I'd give it the if these are all you've got.
