The repeat spange should be on an Imperial EK ribbon, and if the guy had won the EK1 twice, then surely he would have also won the EK2 twice? In which case there should be another repeat spange on the EK2 ribbon, and again that ribbon should be the Imperial style, so............
Not sure if the repeat spange device has been added later???
