Today I saw on a collector's site they were selling a' 57 RK with out ribbon or loop and it was silver on oakleaf and 1939 said it was made early 60's? ?? Anybody ever see or hear of that?

Oakleaf and date perhaps only without black colour?

Yep, looks like you could peel off the foil wrapper and find it's chocolate inside.
