Once again, I agree with Tom!
The only question is whose fake it is?? Is it 1 or 3 piece?
Certain aspects look a bit like a Morigi, but I don't think it is??
Its not an accepted 57 period RK, and I don't think the overall quality gives it any chance really!!

It's a one piece (probably cast) fake. You can find them on ebay quite often.
