Hi guys,

today I find this little treasure box Ok ok first I have to say that I have to pay for this treasure and there in no KC in there

But when I see this group I can´t say no. Two nice ribbonbars a nice medalbar and many pins and other stuff .............

Some TOP pieces!!
The early Deumer EK1 is very nice, and the leftover/ converted wartime KVK1 case is typical of early Deumer's!!
The medalbar is also very nice, while the flood medal does turn up on bars, it is often a later version, on later bars, yours appears to be one of the early/ original issue medals, with the unusually mounted suspension ring!!
Those two are my favourite pieces, but to be honest, everything is super!!!!!!

Indeed a great pick up Patrick ! the ribbon bar is a great set, especially with Hamburgische Dankmedaille, its also the first time I have seen it on a 57er bar ! The vaulted Deumer is stunning, is it hand or factory vaulted ?
Ribbon bars, stickpin's and BW insignia, a dream lot ! Congratulations..........

Ooooh, i love such treasure boxes

Great little grouping from a brave man with very nice and early awards. The Deumer EK I is simply great with that case.

The ribbon bars are totally great, too. The TDB makes the bar even more special. It was a lucky man who fought in Russia from about 1941/1942 and survived the war with getting "only" 1 - 2 times wounded.

Is anything known about the vet?
