Beautiful early Gliders!

I have a question regarding the full rivet bird. Based upon the open hinge block and pin style would you think late 60's, early 70's production? Any idea why that style of rivet might be used?

Mmmh, the whole badge looks IMO too good for such a late date. It could be older stock that they finished later with that setup !?
Nevertheless a fantastic badge that shows all, except the setup, features of a very early one
