Sound advice indeed here Gentlemen............essential reading for both sellers and buyers, thanks for your input.
I think it time to draw a line under this thread now and move on (dont you just hate corporate speak !) ......I see Karsten is showing as "expelled" I hope that is not because of this or the other post elsewhere on the forum......I do not believe it warrants such an extreme decision, and ask in open forum to the moderators to re install Karsten onto WAF, his knowledge is outstanding in both the 57er and LW badge sections, and there was never any attempt at defrauding anyone here by Karsten, an unfortunate postal mishap, in which I think all parties have learnt lessons from..........so please mr moderator/moderators, rethink your decision, thank you............

Hi all, and especially Steve! I wont close the thread, for one thing Paul R, who was the other buyer whose item went missing, hasn't (at the time of me writing this) heard from Karsten, though I guess his reply will be similar to Steve's!
I have to tell you, that as a direct result of this being brought to the admin's attention, Karsten has been expelled for "fraudulent e-stand sales"
I have asked for Karsten to be re-instated, as IMO there is no fraud, just a simple case of items either getting lost or being stolen?
The decision lies with others, and we will have to wait and see if they change their mind, if not Karsten is gone I'm afraid!!
