I recently joined facebook, and sent friend requests to some of the guys here, Mike, Rudiger, Mathijs etc. all replied, but nothing from Karsten???

His last post on FB was on the 5th june. Nevertheless he has to carry out his duty to ship paid items as soon as possible.

Dear all - for those whom have outstanding issues with Karsten - do contact ME via PM.
Karsten has replied to me and is willing to cooperate with those whom might have been faulted.
However, he changed e-mail address and was kicked off the forum, so difficult for him to reply .

Members whom are involved can then deal with him directly instead of adding to this thread.

Ok guys, here's where we are at!!
I have heard from Karsten, and he said both missing items were posted on the same day, insurance was not asked for or paid for by the buyers, so both items were sent by normal post!
Without tracking or insurance, its pretty much impossible to say where they went missing, but I guess they wont be turning up now, after this length of time.
We all know of the many super and top end pieces Karsten sold when he stopped collecting 57ers, all these items were received safely, and were worth several thousand Euro's!! To think that Karsten would risk his reputation, to rip a couple of guys off for two items worth 30 Euro's, makes no sense to me??
I have explained the situation to Glenn in the admin section, the matter is in his hands!
I must stress, that this is a good example of why, with even cheaper items, it is always a good idea to pay for insurance and tracking, and then situations like this can hopefully be resolved much easier!!
