Indeed .... Claus is one of those dealers whom often sell good 1957 issue badges.
I've bought from them in the past at very democratic prices and enjoyed their friendly service.
Again, we have become victim of our own success as we see dealers pushing up prices
.
I could understand the price on the 1st pattern piece if it would be confirmed attributed ( could be, seeing the ribbon ).
The price tag on the second pattern is overpriced for at least 50% ( again, if attributed is different story ).
On their update today I've made one purchase already ... a veteran attributed GdR funeral sash
.
Something I've been looking for display ... now waiting to get the name

This is why I've jumped to get the RKs I've got now. The prices are climbing exponentially. Glad I moved when I did as these are already out of my league.Comment

The cased 2nd pattern RK w/oaks with provenance in my collection also has the button hole type Miniature which are a little harder to find that the pin back type. TomComment
