      I hope it was the latter. I doubt higher resolution would help either. I would guess at turned backwards as the last number looks like a 3, but that's probably wishful thinking. I don't like the idea of denazification, I much prefer the idea of redesigning as they did. I must say, that would be a wonderful medal bar to own. A great shot of a proud man.

        It's his war time back wards. The photo was taken after the war. I have a copy of it where he tells the year, but I can't remember just now. Tom

                  It doesn't make sense to turn KC around if he was worried about the swaz showing .look at the breast eagle and ribbon bar .
