My take on it to Tom
There is an image some where of a captured LW General at war's end, he is wearing a KvK RK.....waiting with others to board a transport plane into captivity.
          Prost ! Steve.

Does anyone know why he was awarded the KVK RK, unless I missed it, I didn't see the reason why he received this award, as I said before, very rare for what appears to be a frontline soldier??
            I think Tom is right.
He was the manager of the workshop (Werkstattleiter) at Panzer Rgt. 3.

Yes, and there are several examples/photos of others in G. Williamson's book on the KvK, Heer, W-SS, railroad uniformed soldiers. Tom

                An unusual photo of Degrelle.

A true believer. A nice shot of the rank tabs and RK actually.

Hello Buddy ! You asked me to check to see if a RKT was an Odr member. My computer screwed up (again) & I lost the name. I think it began with a "K". Let me know his name again & I'll look him up today. Sorry ! Tom
