Deumer CAB and u-boat clasp bronce

At first many thanks to a fellow member here who linked to these beauties
So i was able to get these two very nice pieces that are a "must have" for me

Deumer CAB - Well, not much to say about the rarity, well done, typical Deumer in a nice worn condition. Slowly we are beginning to find one after the other as i still have a Deumer minesweeper in my collection......they made surely the whole KM bunch but these are rare and hard to find.


U-Boat clasp - please note the perfectly done cut-out at the tower and under the flag And the outer lines are perfectly done too. So i may think that it´s one of the earliest u-boat clasps that have been produced.
That is my 4th clasp now (2 bronce, 2 silver) and now it´s really enough for me....but this one i couldn´t resist

Two beauties Rudiger, great additions to your KM collection!!!
Deumer's always look good, and this one is no exception, that bit of wear on it, gives it even more character i think!!
Like you said, i reckon Deumer made just about the whole range of 57ers, some we raely see, some we dont see at all, or maybe we have'nt identified them yet?? But i think they are all out there!!
The U-Boat clasp is a really great looking piece too, with a few features you dont often see, like you said, another early one!!!

I see what you mean about the cut out areas! Superb quality only found on the early ones! And that CAB, that's something really special!

It´s always great to find something special for the own collection and fantastic when you can add a rare maker and study it.

But now, where i have my 2nd Deumer piece, the hunt goes on to complete the set. I really hope that someday i can finish the KM Deumer display....hard but not impossible
