    Who has been Lucky?

I ordered these 2 badges from an expensive Dealer, but this time they weren't expensive at all and they were discribed as being from the seventies.
But today I sadly got this reply:
"thank you for your order. We are sorry, but the items you have ordered had been sold already".

Now I am actually happy, because I forgot that I ordered them and had to pass on the RK if I knew that I got these.....because I spended our monthly collecting budget already!
Only my friend won't be happy because I ordered one of these for him.

Any one here that beat me?
If so, congrats, IMO some very nice and very early badges.

I would be that lucky chap . Like you, I could first not believe they were decribed as from the seventies. I grabbed my login & password and quickly pushed the order buttons. FedEx should ( hopefully ) deliver during the day, so pix to follow.
The FJ badge wont be spending to much time in Zeebrugge, as it will "fly" off to an overseas destination very quickly .

Edit ... the FedEx man kept word ... I'll post pix from the Bronze APB this evening. The FJ badge ... I'll let my buddy do the honours when he gets it.

Two wonderful very early pieces, congrats to Mathys for catching them
The APB is really rare and very hard to find, it´s the second piece i see
But my personal favourite is the FJ badge
Can´t wait to see photos of these beauties.

Ha ha, you are also beaten!
You win some and you loose some, it's all in the game.
Looks like we lost this time, but atleast 2 other members are happy

Too many members here are shopping on the same play field an driving prices up.
That is one of the reasons I covered the name of the dealer.

I know this as "sometimes you loose, sometimes the other´s win"

I think this is ok, i also would do that. The more collectors look at the same dealers, the more difficult it will be to get a good piece.

                          Hello

I agree. I've actually been shopping with this dealer for a few years now for both 57, Imperial and TR items.

Next time I'll just have to be quicker

                          Regards
