    Opinions needed on PAB #50

    Hello my friends,

May I please have your opinions on this PAB #50.

First, focusing on the plack with the #50. Is it the corredt colors and shape of numbers one should expect on this badge?

Secondly, your thoughts on the pin and rivits.

    Thank you,
    Vince

      Hello

The numerals and the numbered plaque look fine, and as they should be, except that the plaque has lost some of it's gold border and black background. The short pin is something that I normally associate with the later made pieces. The rivets look ok for a later piece as well.

Overall my opinion of this piece is that it is a later made item, perhaps late 1970's or early 1980's.

      Regards
      David

          Thanks guys!

I think we should come up with some form of grading system to date items.

What do you think? Perhaps like Grade A = 1957 thru 1960, Grade B = 1960 thru 1970, Grade c = 1970 thru 1980. That is if such grading is even possible. Do we have it down that well yet guys?

          What do you think?
