    KVK 1st Class (Early and Late!)

    Time to share some pieces I've aquired of the last few months! Enjoy

    A late war KVK made of zinc, but then re-badged as a 57! The date disc is a separate piece added, and then the whole thing was refinished. Has nice burnishing to the arms.

        Maker's mark - '3' in a box, just like the WW2 version.

          A nice KVK George I've seen quite a few WW2 ones converted in this manner. Pressumably this was something relatively easy to do, as most look, as yours does, really good.

              seen several of these kvk1s altered with the addition of the centre piece, they always seem to look good and hold their finish well, nice cross!!
