A nice 57' RK with oakleaves

I just picked up this great looking RK by S&L with oakleaves. About a week later I came across this signed postwar case. Both were bought on the estand. The case is very nicely made also, super quality! The case is signed and dated by Othar Hermes.

Hello

A very nice 2nd pattern S&L made RK. The case is, in my opinion, one of the very early 57 RK cases. I'm given to understand that very occasionally you see this style of case made up using some left over wartime parts.

A very nice set. I'm wondering how I managed to miss these on the e-stand ? Great catch.

Adrian, I believe this cross came from the seller of that lot. I think that cross was 800 marked.

Adrain, yes I was the seller of this piece, the 57 EK2, and another RK with OL&S marked '800'.
