Hello Pink,
your DKiS is a very rare one and until today the manufactor is unknown.

There also exist the DKiG version from the same manufactor.

Hi Floyd!!
Two nice DK stickpins. both are S&L pieces, the one piece DKiS with the painted red ring is a later made piece, they make the same style for mini medals, ribbon devices etc. they are often for sale at Heusken's site alongside many other later/recent made S&L pieces......often have the "O" mark on the reverse!!!
I was told he buys direct from S&L, and has been one of their best customers in recent years!!

My DKiG is a 3 piece assembly and has an indented 'O' behind the pin....the DKiS is a one piece, hand painted, unmarked example....
