HI picked this up at a UK junk market named to a Frank Pelletini Norris ?

just a random thought is there any chance this guy joined up in to the A.A.C for war service ? how could I check please ?

trying to read the Airport address ? Brookings ? S.DAK ? ( South Dakota ????)
