I believe this is a full dress uniform for a Japanese Navy captain or commander.

Yeah commander I think. Red sleeve piping is medical? You would need the medical (red) field officer dress sword belt. It isn't easy to find.

Took a while to find an engineering for mine. I have it all complete for mine and it fits me too.
