Japansese Navy Comissioning Pennat

I have the opportunity to acquire a Japanese ship commissioning pennant. But I am having a difficult time locating one that has sold or is being offered for sale to help determine a comparable value.

I'll try and get some pics tomorrow. But very similar to a US commissioning pennant, but it is all white with a small rayed sun at the hoist side. It does not have grommet for attaching as the US versions do.
