    Hello,

    Appears to be a non traditionally made 1944 dated blade in Type 98 mounts. The iconic IJA Officer sword.

      Yes, nice one. April 1944. Hopefully Guy will give you the smith's name. Nice fittings and saya! All you need is a good rank tassel.
