What do you guys think about this sword and knife ? Any idea as to age and possible maker ? Any Information would be appreciated . Thanks guys .

2 Japanese Swords For Review

I cannot read the first one, but it is a naval sword (stainless steel) as evidenced by the circle-anchor stamp.
The only kanji I'm 100% certain of is the first one, 伊.
Perhaps one of our sword scholars can find a hint from these:
伊尽小波
I'm about 80% confident of that last one 波.
I've done various google searches with other similar kanji, but cannot come up with a Showa-era swordsmith [or ANY swordsmith]. So obviously I'm getting a lot of things wrong.
Also, I'm quite confident the first two kanji-compounds are NOT
伊豆 Izu
伊賀 Iga
伊国 Ikuni
伊勢 Ise
伊藤 Itou
伊達 Date
