WWII JAPANESE BATTLE FLAG from ANTIQUE SHOP...

Here's a nifty rayed flag I found yesterday in a little shop....Correct me if I'm wrong, but is this not the "Army" type (w/ centered sun)? It has leather corner reinforcements w/ the original ties, and measures roughly 40 x 25 inches in dimensions. Apart from a few small holes, it's in overall very nice shape. I honestly don't come across these too often any more. A couple quick snaps below...Thanks for any comments.

Thanks. I haven't had an "army" one in some time...I somehow seem to turn up the "off-center" (Navy) types with more frequency, for some reason.

Wonderful looking army flag! I can usually only find ratty meatball flags at antique shops and they usually want a fortune for them. Nice find
